ZENERGO RECYCLING has undergone major changes since its inception, with the initial vision to prevent the unnecessary disposal of plastics.

Currently, we mainly focus on recycling crushed PET bottles (PET flakes) but also other plastics. We buy raw materials with contaminants and waste from other sorting centers and from these we are able to save up to 95 % of the original mixture.

Our operation consists of 4 separation devices. We are able to sort by color spectrum, remove both magnetic and non-magnetic metals and sort out heterogeneous material of the same color. We are also able to separate different fractions/sizes or dry the material.

During several years of operating in the plastics industry, we have built up a wide network of suppliers and customers throughout Europe.

We deliver all sorted materials in new bags (Big-Bag) with the ZENERGO RECYCLING logo, thereby preventing unwanted contamination.

In 2021, a new hall of 800 m2 was built. In the near future, we plan to purchase another separation device, thereby increasing our capacity.

Laboratory equipment

We perform tests on all input and output materials supplied to us. We also offer testing for external companies where we provide our customers with individual solutions according to their requirements.
Testing is carried out in a modern laboratory, currently equipped with several devices. We are able to identify an unknown material, analyze moisture or determine the mass and volume index of the melt flow.
